“Lieutenant general,Abdel Moneim El-Terras,” Chairman of the Arab Organization for Industrialization, stressed the importance of strengthening cooperation with the countries of the African continent, in light of the country’s strategy to open up to Africa and the directives of President “Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi” to open new horizons of cooperation and integration to achieve the hopes and aspirations of our African people.
This came during the visit of “Nelson Manuel Cosme”, the ambassador of the Republic of Angola in Cairo, within the framework of enhancing Egyptian-African cooperation.
During the meeting, aspects of cooperation between the two sides in the field of various industries were reviewed and benefiting from the advanced capabilities of Arabic for industrialization to meet the needs of development projects in the sisterly Republic of Angola.
In this regard, Al-Terras stressed that the Arab Organization for Industrialization puts all its capabilities and technical and technological expertise to serve our African continent, pointing to discussing participation in development projects and meeting the needs of our brothers in the country of Angola, especially in light of the formation of an Egyptian alliance from Arab Industrialization and some national and international companies to work on Transferring the Egyptian development experience to all parts of our brown continent.
He added that we agreed to exchange visits and participate in infrastructure projects, renewable energy, digitization and electronic archiving, stressing the importance of training in multiple fields and qualifying Angolan technical cadres in the factories of the Arab Organization for Industrialization.
After inspecting the products exhibition of the Arab Organization for Industrialization and the Training Institute of the Authority, Mr. Nelson Cosmi stressed his country’s keenness to enhance partnership and cooperation relations with Egypt as a leading country in the African continent, praising the development renaissance taking place in Egypt and its unprecedented steps for digital transformation, and praised President Sisi’s initiative to support The Egyptian-African partnership in all development fields.
“Cosme” praised the positive role of the Arab Organization for Industrialization and its shining fingerprints in much important development and strategic projects in the African continent, pointing to his country’s aspiration for Arab Industrialization to participate in development projects in Angola and various industrial fields, including health, medical industries, preventive sterilization cabins, communications, electronics, digital transformation, renewable energy and purification stations Drinking water, wastewater, LED bulbs, water and energy rationalization, and other areas of development, in addition to training human cadres in training units and centres at the Arab Organization for Industrialization.
“Nelson Cosmi” said that we will urge private institutions and civil society and provide incentives for investors to participate strongly with Arab Industrialization as an important step in the path of constructive cooperation between the countries of the continent.
